Baby Dito was a tiny monkey with big round eyes and a soft golden face. Usually he was playful, jumping from branch to branch and clinging closely to his mother. But today was different. Today, Dito was crying loudly, his voice full of anger and confusion. 😢🐒
His mother had decided it was time to wean him. Dito did not understand why things suddenly changed. Whenever he reached for his mother’s milk, she gently pushed him away. At first, Dito thought it was a game, but after several tries, he realized she truly meant it. That made him upset and a little heartbroken.
Dito began to cry loudly, shaking his small body and making a terrible, angry sound that echoed through the trees. Other monkeys nearby looked over, curious about the little drama happening in the branches. Some young monkeys even paused their play to watch.
His mother stayed calm. She knew that growing up was not always easy. Weaning was a natural step in Dito’s life, even though it felt unfair to him right now. She offered him pieces of fruit and leaves instead, trying to show him that there were new foods to enjoy. 🍌🍃
But Dito was stubborn. He turned his head away and cried again, clinging to her fur and complaining in his tiny voice. For a moment, he looked very angry, almost as if he wanted the whole forest to know about his sadness.
Slowly, after a while, his cries became softer. The anger began to fade. Dito watched his mother eating fruit and finally decided to try a small bite. It was different, but not bad at all.
His mother gently hugged him, and Dito calmed down. Even though he was still a little upset, he was beginning to learn that growing up meant new changes. And deep inside, he knew his mother still loved him very much. ❤️🌿
