What started as a playful moment turned into something truly worrying. Leo, the curious young monkey, was full of energy as always. The older monkeys started shouting in alarm, especially Lily’s mother, who rushed behind them, trying to stop Leo. “No, LEO, NO..! Please put Lily down!” But Leo didn’t understand how serious the situation was. He spun around and held Lily too tightly, unaware that his playful strength could hurt her.
Lily squeaked softly—her tiny body wasn’t made for such rough handling. The other monkeys gathered around, watching in concern. Was she okay? Did that make Lily h_u_r_t?
Finally, one of the elder females stepped in, grabbing Leo by the arm and forcing him to release her. Lily dropped gently to the ground, whimpering and clinging to the earth. Her mother scooped her up instantly, checking every part of her tiny frame for bruises or pain.
Lily seemed shocked, but luckily, she wasn’t seriously injured—just frightened and shaken. Leo sat in the corner, his eyes wide with confusion and guilt. It was clear he didn’t mean to hurt Lily, but this moment served as an important lesson: play must be gentle, especially with someone so small.
