Please Be Patient, Jester! Mom Jinx Eats More to Make Milk Just for You

Little baby monkey Jester squirmed and cried softly, pressing his tiny face into his mother’s chest. He was hungry and confused—where was the warm milk he loved so much? His little hands pawed at Mama Jinx’s belly, hoping for comfort, but she gently nudged him aside.

Jinx wasn’t ignoring her baby—she was doing something very important. With careful steps, she moved around the forest floor, picking the ripest fruits and leaves, chewing them slowly. She needed energy—lots of it. Being a nursing mom took strength, and Jinx was determined to make rich milk for her beloved baby.

But Jester didn’t understand. His soft cries turned louder, his tail curled around her leg, begging her to stop and feed him. He didn’t know that sometimes, love means waiting. And Mama Jinx was doing just that—loving him in the hardest way, by working harder to give him the best care.

Every time Jinx found another handful of wild berries or a juicy stalk, she ate quickly, glancing back at her little one. Her heart hurt seeing him cry, but she knew it would all be worth it. Soon, her body would be strong enough to give him the milk he needed to grow strong too.

Finally, when her belly was full and her strength restored, Jinx returned to her baby. She cradled him gently, let him latch on, and Jester’s cries turned into soft sucking sounds. The wait was over.

So please be patient, little Jester. Mama Jinx is doing everything for you. Her love may not always come right away—but it always comes, stronger than ever.
